Boston's Best Beaches

It is summertime - and this year New England has had so few beach-worthy days that when we finally find one, it's time to play hookey and head to the beach! We particularly love Crane's Beach in Ipswich in August when the greenheads have finally abaited a bit. And when we're in the area, we try to include a stop at the Great House at Castle Hill, where guided tours and elegant catered teas are available. Want to see our other favorite Boston beaches?
